Dopo il successo di “Never going home” (3° brano più suonato in radio del 2021 e doppio disco di platino) e “Lipstick” (top10 radio per 3 mesi e ancora suonatissimo), KUNGS inaugura il ritorno nei club con l’esplosiva “CLAP YOUR HANDS“.
Il singolo è un inno di festa costruito sulla base di un gioioso coro di bambini: una canzone solare che con leggerezza, giocosità e influenze italo-disco rivisitate, prende la forma di una hit “definitiva” che consacra Kungs come il re dei club.
Kungs, all’anagrafe Valentin Brunel, è diventato il nuovo volto della musica elettronica d’oltralpe grazie al suo brano di successo internazionale “This Girl“. Per questo, nel 2016, è stato l’artista francese più Shazzammato al mondo.
Nel 2020 dopo essersi esibito in live e dj set in tutto il mondo, con apparizioni di rilievo nei più prestigiosi festival internazionali (Coachella, Lolapalooza, Tomorrow Land, Ultra Music Festival, Summer Sonic…), per far fronte alla pandemia globale, KUNGS ha dato forma a un vero e proprio “digital club” chiamato Club Azur. Si è creato così, con lo scopo di riunire le persone attorno alla musica, un “movimento festante”: il primo risultato dell’iniziativa è stata la hit “Never going home” che la gente ha ballato in tutto il mondo durante l’estate del 2021.
