L’attesissimo album di Taylor Swift “1989 (Taylor’s Version)” ha debuttato alla #1 della classifica FIMI degli album e dei vinili più venduti (ORO in Italia).
Si tratta di un traguardo senza precedenti per la popstar in Italia, trattandosi del primo album “(Taylor’s version)” ad ottenere questo risultato, e classificandosi come la prima artista donna internazionale a raggiungere la vetta nel 2023. Taylor Swift ha battuto il record di artista e album più streammati di sempre su Spotify in un solo giorno.
Questa è la quarta re-incisione della discografia di Taylor Swift , dopo “Fearless”, “Red” e “Speak Now”, uscito il 7 luglio e posizionatosi alla prima posizione dei vinili più venduti, l’artista multiplatino ha deciso di regalare ai suoi fan anche 5 nuove canzoni, contenute in “1989 (Taylor’s Version)”: “Slut!” (Taylor’s Version) (From the Vault), da oggi in radio, “Say Don’t Go (Taylor’s Version) (From the Vault)”, “Now That We Don’t Talk (Taylor’s Version) (From the Vault)”, “Suburban Legends (Taylor’s Version) (From the Vault)” e “Is It Over Now? (Taylor’s Version) (From the Vault)”.
L’album, che è stato pubblicato originariamente nel 2014 e che si è consolidato come uno dei migliori progetti di quell’anno, avendo ottenuto i GRAMMY come Album of the Year e Best Pop Vocal Album, oltre che essere certificato disco di platino in Italia con all’interno singoli come “Shake it off”, “Blank Space”, entrambi dischi di platino, e “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”, disco d’oro, ha già visto estratti “This Love (Taylor’s Version)” nel maggio 2022 come colonna sonora di “The Summer I Turned Pretty” e “Wildest Dream (Taylors’ Version)”, dopo che il brano era diventato virale su TikTok.
